After Mont-Tremblant in 2023, Printemps numérique (Montreal Digital Spring) will showcase the Saguenay region for the 6th edition of MTL connect: Montreal Digital Week. Once again this year, the goal is to highlight Quebec’s technological advances and regional economic vitality. A delegation of around 50 young professionals and students will be formed and will travel to Saguenay from October 18 to 20 to explore educational and career opportunities, as well as the region’s attractions.
In partnership with Promotion Saguenay, Saguenay’s economic development corporation, Printemps numérique will offer an exploratory tour of the region. On the program: visits of companies, educational institutions and meetings with local players to create connections and potential collaborations. Participants will discover the dynamism of a region focused on digital technology.
Saguenay stands out as a city of knowledge, with specialized institutions and training programs. Thanks to its commitment to digital technology, the region aims to position itself as a key location for digital companies wishing to set up in the region, and for young professionals eager to build careers in emerging sectors.
The participation fee for this tour is:
- 69 CAD for students
- 95 CAD for those with MTL connect access
- 150 CAD for other participants
“We are very proud to welcome this delegation from MTL connect. This is a unique opportunity for these professionals, students and other young talent to discover the assets of the city of Saguenay in terms of living environment, studies and above all job and business opportunities in the digital industry. Saguenay has a strong and dynamic digital ecosystem. We invite you to come and discover it,” says André Blackburn, Director of Business Services, Promotion Saguenay.
“We’re excited to continue our mission to showcase Quebec’s regions by featuring Saguenay at MTL connect 2024.
