An event with an international scope that aims to address the digital field in a transversal way, through its economic, social, cultural and environmental impacts in various sectors of activity.

MTL connect will take place from October 12 to 17, 2021. The 2021 event is in hybrid format. A majority of the content is online. VIP pass holders will have access to the face-to-face portion which will take place mainly at the NAD-UQAC school.

The event will run in EDT but sessions will display based on the time zone your browser is set to. The time zone you specified during registration is displayed for networking purposes.

MTL connect 2021 will take place in a hybrid format: online and in Montreal*, dedicated to digital transformation with over 300 speakers, 500 exhibitors, 12,000 participants and 80 countries represented.

*Subject to health conditions. The event will take place with strict respect of sanitary measures that will be requested by the government at the time of the event.

  • Conferences:
    Speeches by speakers sometimes punctuated by question and answer periods. Offered online and in person.
  • Expert Panels:
    See experts from different disciplines come together to discuss a given theme and raise questions related to it.
  • Workshops:
    Presentation by a speaker around a particular theme. Offered online and in person.
  • Networking:
    Moments in the program dedicated to connecting with each other at the event. Offered online and in person.
  • Business Booths:
    Find all of the companies and organizations participating in MTL connect 2021 as virtual booths in the EXHIBITORS button. Companies will also exhibit their technological innovations in person.

No, passes are neither exchangeable nor refundable.

All sessions except the Workshops will be recorded and available on the platform a few days after the end of the event.

Please note that only Full Pass and VIP Full Pass holders will have access to the recorded content for a period of six months following the event.

MTL connect is an international event. Some content is in French and some in English.

In order to provide a safe and enjoyable experience, the MTL connect team follows and enforces the following government measures:

Wearing a mask or face covering from the nose to under the chin is mandatory in enclosed or partially enclosed public places for persons 10 years of age and older. Consult the government regulations on wearing masks;
Vaccination passport will be required to come to our outdoor site. Upon arrival, you must present your valid vaccination passport* (with QR code) and photo identification.

*Persons who do not reside in Quebec will have to present a proof of identity with photo and address outside Quebec as well as the official vaccination proof, provided by their country or Canadian province, attesting that they have received two doses of a recognized vaccine.

A physical distance of 1 m between people of different residences must be respected at all times inside the NAD-UQAC school and public spaces.
