Explore MTL connect is a free online program for young people between the ages of 18 and 35 from developing countries who are interested in sharing their knowledge and consolidating their understanding of digital transformation.
1,000 young women wanted
This year, Montreal Digital Spring aims to initiate 1,000 young women to take part in the program.
To this end, sessions will be specially oriented for women interested in technology with the presentation of success stories, inspiring career paths, and career development opportunities.

Eligibility criteria:
- You are aged between 18 and 35 years old;
- You are an entrepreneur, student or researcher;
- You have an interest in digital technology, technologies related to AI, cybersecurity, cultural and creative industries, mobility, health, energy efficiency or agritech;
- You come from a developing country (in Asia, Africa, Latin America, or the Caribbean).
