Printemps numérique (PN) aims to promote inclusive digital practices by encouraging young people from diverse backgrounds to participate in major events like MTL connect. Through the Explore MTL connect accessibility program, Printemps numérique seeks to create opportunities that strengthen the ties between Quebec and the international community while contributing to a lasting impact on economic development.
Explore MTL connect is a free online program aimed at young people aged 18 to 35 from developing countries who are interested in sharing their knowledge and strengthening their understanding of digital transformation.

For Participants
Eligibility Criteria
Participants in the program must meet the following criteria:
- Be between 18 and 35 years old.
- Be an entrepreneur, university student, technical school student, or researcher.
- Have an interest in digital technologies related to AI, cybersecurity, culture and creativity, health, education, or digital inclusion.
- Be from a developing country (in Asia, Africa, Latin America, or the Caribbean).
