MTL TECH AWARDS 2024 ANNOUNCEMENT OF WINNERS
For the 5th year running, Printemps numérique orchestrated the MTL Tech awards at its annual MTL connect event. This year’s edition culminated on October 17 at the NAD School, with an awards ceremony full of enthusiasm and impactful achievements.
On October 15, 12 finalists had the opportunity to showcase their innovative projects in front of a panel of expert judges. Their hopes and aspirations were centered on the possibility of winning one of the 4 grand prizes awarded at this international competition for digital innovation.
Through this competition, Printemps numérique is committed to promoting creative initiatives in Montreal and internationally, celebrating ideas and individuals who push the boundaries of digital technology.

The MTL connect showcase “Grand Prize”
This year, in recognition of the excellence of the projects presented at the Vitrine MTL connecte, we are pleased to award the Vitrine grand prize to Auky Gonzales of Acara Climate.


“Antidote mention for eloquence”
During the presentations on October 15, the finalists had the opportunity to win the “Mention Antidote de l’éloquence” offered by Druide, by distinguishing themselves by the quality of their language. And it was Sven Buridans, in the Discoverability category, who captured the jury’s attention!
Digital skills awareness and education now affect all sectors of activity, and extend to a variety of initiatives to reach out to young citizens and the next generation. That’s why the Youth Digital Literacy category also awards three mentions in the Citizenship, Education and Culture categories.

Couleur.tv wins “Mention Culture” for Le chagrin multicolore project
Regroupement des maisons des jeunes du Québec (RMJQ) wins “Mention Citoyenneté” for Alterados project

Winners were rewarded with a generous range of services and cash prizes from renowned partners such asUQAC, IMPROOV, Gestion HEC Montréal, Druide, Desjardins Caisse des Technologies,Association Edteq (Le Curieux, l’École branchée and eduMedia) le Ministère de la Culture et des Communications, Leadfox, AgileDSS, Le Lien Multimédia, Druide and Printemps numérique. These contributions not only honor excellence, but also extend to significantly sustaining the momentum of impactful innovation, reinforcing the dynamic fabric of this ever-evolving sector.
