Montreal, April 11, 2024 — In its 6th edition, MTL connect: Montreal Digital Week, will once again present MTL connect Showcase. On this occasion, entrepreneurs, intrapreneurs, and project leaders within startups, SMEs, or non-profit organizations are invited to showcase their impactful innovations on Tuesday, October 15, 2024.
This day will be a unique opportunity to showcase your advancements before a vibrant community of participants, investors, decision-makers, and partners. Each entrepreneur, intrapreneur, or project leader holds valuable expertise that can significantly contribute to our community by sharing impactful innovations.

The MTL connect Showcase will be chaired by Sylvain Carle, co-founder and director of CI/VIC, an organization that promotes impact investment practices, as well as support and training for fund managers and entrepreneurs. As an investor in innovative initiatives transforming industries, sectors, and regions, he aspires to a future where technology is sustainable, equitable, and humanized, contributing positively to society and the environment.
4 REASONS TO TAKE PART
1.Showcase your organization to local and international digital stakeholders: In 2023, no less than 973 participants took part in the various activities of Showcase.

3 OPTIONS DE PARTICIPATION
1.Research phase projects: Highlight your research work, emphasizing the impact of your discoveries. [between $0 and $500,000 in funding and/or sales]
2.Seed stage projects: Introduce your projects in the initial phase, explain their vision and potential. [between $500,000 and $2 million in funding and/or sales]
3. Growth phase projects: Showcase your projects in full growth and the impact that your achievements have or are about to generate. [+ $2 million in funding and/or sales]
SELECTION AND PARTICIPATION CRITERIA:
The project must:
- Align with a vision of promoting desirable digitalization and fostering collaboration, open innovation, and expertise sharing;
- Propose an innovation with measurable and significant positive impact;
- Have been conducted as an entrepreneur or project leader within a startup, SME, or non-profit organization.
If you are selected, you must hold a Daily Pass – October 15 or a Full Pass to participate in the Showcase.
