For the 4th consecutive year, Montreal Digital Spring will present the MTL Tech awards during its annual MTL connect event, which will take place from October 10 to 13, 2023. On this occasion, companies, organizations, institutions and innovative minds are invited to apply to present their projects in front of an international jury and have a chance to win several prizes.
MTL Tech awards is an international digital innovation contest that aims to promote innovative projects, ideas and individuals from Montreal and abroad. The awards ceremony will take place at the NAD School (Montreal) on Thursday, October 12.

Important dates
- Thursday, July 13, 2023 – 11:59 PM (EST): Deadline to submit your application on the form
- Tuesday, September 19, 2023: Announcement of finalists
- Tuesday, October 10, 2023: Presentation of the finalists in front of the jury and an audience of industry professionals on the main stage of MTL connect (at NAD School, Montreal)
- Thursday, October 12, 2023: Live awards ceremony and presentation on the MTL connect main stage (at NAD School, Montreal)
Conditions of participation :
INNOVATION AWARD
- Participate as an entrepreneur or project owner in one of the following categories: Startup, NPO, SME or Large company;
- Register your project that will change the habits of tomorrow among the 4 topics of MTL connect 2023.
WOMEN IN TECH AWARD
- Participate as a woman in a leadership position in a company, association or as an investor;
- Support collective initiatives as well as more sustainable and equitable practices, through new technologies and digital tools;
- Register your technology project among the 4 topics of MTL connect 2023.
YOUTH DIGITAL LITERACY AWARD
- Participate as a company, institution, organization or school;
- Work, among others, with a youth clientele in Quebec;
- Present a digital literacy project in one of the following sectors: education, citizenship or culture.
