MTL TECH AWARDS 2024 ANNOUNCES THE WINNERS
For the 5th consecutive year, Printemps numérique has orchestrated the MTL Tech Awards during its annual event MTL connect. This year’s edition reached its peak on October 17 at the NAD School, during an awards ceremony filled with enthusiasm and impactful achievements.
On October 15, 12 finalists had the opportunity to showcase their innovative projects before a panel of experts. Their hopes and aspirations were then focused on the possibility of winning one of the 4 major awards presented at this international digital innovation competition.
With this competition, Printemps numérique is committed to promoting creative initiatives in Montreal and on the international stage by celebrating the ideas and individuals who push the boundaries of digital technology.

The Grand Prize of the Vitrine MTL connect
This year, to highlight the excellence of the projects presented at the Vitrine MTL connect, we are pleased to award the Grand Prize of the Vitrine to Auky Gonzales from Acara Climate.
« Antidote Eloquence Mention »
During the presentations on October 15, the finalists had the opportunity to win the « Antidote Eloquence Mention » offered by Druide, by distinguishing themselves through the quality of their language. And it was Sven Buridans, in the Discoverability category, who captured the jury’s attention!
Awareness and education in digital skills now touch all sectors of activity and extend to various initiatives to reach young citizens and the leaders of tomorrow. This is why the Youth Digital Literacy category also awards three mentions in the Citizenship, Education, and Culture axes.

The winners were rewarded with a generous range of prizes in services and cash offered by renowned partners, such as UQAC, IMPROOV, Gestion HEC Montréal, Druide, Desjardins Caisse des Technologies, the Association Edteq (Le Curieux, l’École branchée and eduMedia), the Ministère de la Culture et des Communications, Leadfox, AgileDSS, Le Lien Multimédia, Druide and Printemps numérique. These contributions go beyond honoring excellence; they significantly support the momentum of impactful innovation, thereby strengthening the dynamic fabric of this constantly evolving sector.
Thank you to the finalists for their inspiring contributions and to the jury members for their expertise. With over 160 applications, Printemps numérique continues to promote innovative projects in Montreal and beyond. Together, we are building a dynamic digital future.
