Explore MTL connect 2025: An Opportunity for Youth from Developing Countries
Printemps numérique (PN) aims to promote an inclusive digital ecosystem by encouraging the participation of young people from all backgrounds in major events like MTL connect. Through the Explore MTL connect accessibility program, Printemps numérique seeks to create opportunities that strengthen ties between Quebec and the international community, while contributing to a lasting impact on economic development.
Explore MTL connect is a free online program for young people aged 18 to 35 from developing countries who are interested in sharing their knowledge and deepening their expertise in digital transformation.
In 2024, the Explore MTL connect program brought together 4,216 participants from 45 countries, including 2,324 young women. 23 partners, primarily based in developing countries, contributed to the program’s success

Call for Partners
Printemps numérique is launching a call for partners for the Explore MTL connect 2025 program. We are looking for incubators, universities, associations, and institutions offering professional and technical training that work with young people from developing countries.

Eligibility Criteria for Participants
Interested youth must:
- Be between 18 and 35 years old
- Be an entrepreneur, academic, technical school student, or researcher
- Have training or an interest in emerging technologies
- Be from a developing country (Asia, Africa, Latin America, Caribbean)
