Biography
A capacity-building ninja, Lucie never ceases to marvel at the mechanisms by which humans learn and transform—or remain stuck. Having cracked the code on how adults in the workplace develop skills and change, she sets up dojos to practice new ways of breaking out of ruts and working together. Her practice is grounded in her master’s degree in human systems intervention, horizontal leadership (self-management), and over 20 years of organizational intervention.
Lucie uses collaborative methods and favours an appreciative, dialogic approach to learning, making her clients partners in transformation. By asking provocative questions and using creative, often playful activities, she helps increase their ability to collaborate and innovate through practical solutions, leaving ample room for inclusion, for a healthy work climate and a learning organizational culture.
