In the face of digital upheavals that are redefining the world of work, the Ministère de l’Emploi et de la Solidarité sociale is partnering with Printemps numérique to make MTL connect 2025, taking place from October 28 to 31 at the Société des arts technologiques [SAT], a leading platform for supporting talent, developing skills, and fostering strategic connections between digital stakeholders.
The digital transformation is profoundly changing the skills required in many professions, highlighting the urgent need for concrete training and upskilling initiatives to prepare talent for tomorrow’s challenges.
Concrete initiatives for talent and employment
As part of this partnership, certain individuals supported by the Ministère de l’Emploi et de la Solidarité sociale will benefit from privileged access to MTL connect, allowing them to fully enjoy the event’s programming. They will have the opportunity to deepen their knowledge through conferences and panels led by local and international experts, to develop their practical skills in workshops and masterclasses, and to expand their professional network through networking activities and B2B meetings.
A JOBS section will also be integrated into the event platform to showcase professionals seeking employment and facilitate their connection with employers looking for qualified profiles.
A new feature of this edition, Printemps numérique will present the Innovation Showcase, a strategic space entirely dedicated to talent and the technologies shaping digital progress. Designed as a connection hub, it will bring together some twenty organizations from here and abroad committed to financing, supporting, and promoting talent. The Ministère de l’Emploi et de la Solidarité sociale’s booth, located at the heart of the Showcase, will foster direct exchanges between employers and job seekers and contribute to the creation of professional opportunities.
An ambitious program
Under the central theme « (R)evolutions? Between disruption and transformation », the 7th edition of MTL connect offers a rich and diverse program. Conferences, panels, hands-on workshops, masterclasses, and a Francophone Forum on Artificial Intelligence (FFIA) will allow participants to explore major digital transformations.

In addition, B2B meetings, the Innovation Showcase, and networking evenings will encourage exchanges between businesses and talent.
