Health data has become an essential resource for research, innovation and learning by artificial intelligence. However, their strategic value, preservation, processing and quality improvement for these targeted uses raise major issues of governance, hosting, transparency, traceability, access and technological control.
A cross-perspective between France and Quebec, this major conference will explore the necessary choices to develop digital infrastructures and health data management methods while preserving their control and protection. How can we reconcile data sharing, innovation and sovereignty? What levers can reduce our technological dependencies? And what international collaborations can strengthen our capacities rather than weaken them?

This hands-on workshop will take you from simple prompting to designing concrete solutions: connecting different tools, automating repetitive tasks and creating workflows capable of generating real time savings.
Through demonstrations of platforms like Make and Cursor, you will also discover what agentic AI can bring to daily operations.
The goal: understand how to turn a process into a functional tool and move from the role of AI user to that of solution creator, without needing to be a developer.
