Biographie
Trained as an immunologist, Soula began her career in neuroscience research at McGill University, where she conducted pioneering work on Alzheimer’s disease. In 2005, she successfully launched a medical training company (Taimma Communications) and was ranked in 2012 by Profit magazine among the top 100 women entrepreneurs and fastest-growing companies in Canada. As Vice President, Growth and Innovation at ellicom/LCI LX, she oversees the design and deployment of innovative learning experiences for key accounts, Fortune 500 companies, and the LCI Education Network. Passionate about R&D, Soula currently leads global innovation initiatives aimed at delivering richer learning experiences. Driven by her passion for lifelong learning and innovation, Soula steers strategic planning and the design of cutting-edge emerging learning strategies to help businesses, organizations, and the academic community transition to the future of learning and development.
