Biographie
Sophie Rochette is a research and development scientist at Irréversible Inc., a startup based in Sherbrooke’s Quantum Innovation Zone that develops unique hardware accelerators for artificial intelligence. Sophie holds a PhD in physics from the Université de Sherbrooke and has several years of experience in experimental physics, the study of cutting-edge devices for quantum information, and high-precision electronics. More recently, her expertise has shifted towards emerging electronics for machine learning and the management of collaborative industry-academia projects.
