Biographie
Sarah Hébert-Tremblay is a lawyer and trademark agent with the intellectual property team at our Montreal office.
Her practice primarily focuses on disputes related to various types of intellectual property rights, including trademarks, copyright, and the drafting of commercial contracts related to intellectual property. She is also involved in trademark registration, administrative proceedings before the Trademarks Registrar, portfolio management, the commercialization of intellectual property rights, and advises our clients on the registrability and availability of trademarks.
Sarah joined BCF in 2017 after completing her law studies with very high distinction. As part of her studies, Sarah studied American law for a semester in Los Angeles. She also holds a certificate in negotiation and agreement drafting in the field of technology from York University – Osgoode Hall Law School.
