Biographie
Salma Kabbaj is the co-founder and CEO of Impact Lab. After 11 years of experience in strategy consulting and Private Equity, Salma Kabbaj chose entrepreneurship and innovation to support the emergence of innovative solutions to socio-economic challenges in Africa.
As a consultant at Oliver Wyman in London, Salma led over 15 missions for international financial institutions in Europe, the United States, South America, the Middle East, North Africa, and Asia. Based in Morocco since 2007, she participated in the creation and deployment of a €150 million Private Equity fund dedicated to the development of North African SMEs. In 2015, she co-founded IMPACT Lab, which is now one of the leading players in acceleration in North and West Africa.
Salma Kabbaj holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Finance from McGill University (Montreal) and a Master’s in Management from the London School of Economics (London).
