Biography
Rosanne is a digital communication and marketing strategist at YULEX, lawyers and strategists, and at Interlegal International Network. Her interest in online communities began early in her career, when she worked at an influence marketing agency. She has worked with more than 50 Canadian influencer communities. Later, as a content marketing advisor at a communications agency, she became familiar with consumer community behaviour. Today, she manages a community of over 500 professionals spread across 48 countries and develops her organization’s reach within the Quebec entrepreneurial ecosystem. Rosanne is currently writing an essay on international professional online communities as part of her Master’s in Strategic Communication at the Université de Sherbrooke. She also explores issues related to digital literacy, accessibility, and user experience.
