Biographie
Pierre-Majorique Léger is a full professor at HEC Montréal. He holds the Chair in User Experience, is co-director of the Tech3Lab and director of the ERPsim Lab. He holds a Ph.D. in industrial engineering from École Polytechnique de Montréal and a post-doctorate from NYU Stern and HEC Montréal. His research aims to improve the user experience (UX) during the learning or use of information technology (IT), by leveraging the massive biophysiological data generated during interaction, which helps qualify the user’s emotion and cognition. His research is funded by the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada, IVADO, and more than a dozen organizations such as Deloitte, Desjardins, Videotron, Sobey, D-Box, ServiceNow, Alloprof, CN, CAE and Banque Nationale.
