Biographie
Holding a bachelor’s degree in urban planning from the Université de Montréal and working in the municipal sector for 30 years, Pierre-Luc Blanchard is interested in improving citizens’ quality of life by applying development and environmental concepts.
For over 20 years, Mr. Blanchard has led the Urban Planning Department of the City of Sainte-Julie, welcoming innovative projects and services that consolidate and increase the city’s economic, social and environmental development. Always with a spirit of collaboration and knowledge sharing, Mr. Blanchard seeks to deepen development and environmental concepts in the municipal sector.
