Biographie
Paul Allard is a seasoned technology entrepreneur and a leading strategist at the intersection of private and sovereign AI, data governance, ESG, and sustainable finance. Holding an MBA in Finance from HEC Montréal, his unique background enables him to closely link corporate responsibility with the technological challenges of our time.
As CEO of Persévère Conseils, he advises governments and multinational organizations on operationalizing digital sovereignty. Unlike a purely technical approach, Paul addresses AI deployment as a critical issue of survival (corporate and societal) and digital independence.
He recently co-founded Données souveraines Québec, an industry association dedicated to promoting data sovereignty and responsible AI. To make this vision fully operational in practice, his team developed Soverentia™, a cutting-edge private and sovereign cloud platform designed to help businesses deploy, manage, and audit AI while maintaining absolute control over their data.
Before dedicating himself to digital sovereignty, Paul was the CEO of impak Notations, a recognized impact rating agency. He also sits on the mission committee of Banque Wormser Frères, continuing to combine ethical governance with business performance.
