Biography
A seasoned strategist, manager, and administrator, Martin first worked in the political sphere for about twenty years. Among other roles, he served as Director of Operations in the Office of the Premier of Quebec. He also founded and managed his own event production and management company, as well as a consulting services firm.
He joined the Canadian Red Cross at the start of the COVID-19 pandemic as a strategic advisor. Over the past eight years, Martin has also developed expertise in smart cities and innovative technologies, notably as Director of Business Development for SMEs. He is passionate about all things related to new technologies and benefits from an extensive network of contacts.
