Biographie
Martin A. Bader is a European and Swiss patent attorney. In addition to being a partner and co-founder of BGW AG St. Gallen, a consulting group specializing in innovation and intellectual property management, he is a professor of technology management and entrepreneurship at the University of Applied Sciences Ingolstadt (THI). Previously, he served as Vice President and Chief Intellectual Property Officer at Infineon Technologies in Munich, notably during its IPO, and as head of the intellectual property management competence center at the Institute of Technology Management of the University of St. Gallen (HSG).
He is a mediator at the Mediation Center for the extrajudicial settlement of disputes of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) and has been recognized for many years as one of the top 300 intellectual property strategists in the world, according to the IAM Strategy 300 index of Intellectual Asset Management magazine. A long-time author of numerous specialized publications, he is also a sought-after international speaker in the field of intellectual property management.
