Biographie
Marie-Eve is the facilitation manager at Boostalab and a specialist in virtual intelligence and remote work. With a master’s degree in political science and over 13 years of experience, she has held various positions at Cirque du Soleil in immigration, human resources, and tour planning.
She also served as an organizational development advisor as a volunteer cooperator in Nepal for two years, allowing her to work in a distinctive and highly stimulating cultural context.
These many experiences have made her aware of the differences in leadership and teamwork, as well as their potential. For her, every organization holds true treasures, even when it has its own mountains to climb!
Since joining Boostalab, she has helped organizations (CAA, Oxfam, Croix bleue…) reinvent their work methods and adapt to the changes brought about by the pandemic.
