Biographie
With over 25 years of experience in human resources, Manon Poirier, CRHA, has held the position of Chief Executive Officer of the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés since 2016. This organization’s mission is to protect the public and regulate the profession of certified human resources advisors (CRHA) and certified industrial relations advisors (CRIA).
A committed woman, she is known for bringing out the best in the organizations and teams she works with. Before joining the Ordre, Manon Poirier served as Vice-President, Human Resources at YMCA Quebec.
Manon Poirier holds a law degree from the Université de Montréal. She also has a Master’s in Business Administration from Université Laval and a Graduate Diploma in Management from HEC Montréal. She sits on numerous committees where her expertise in the world of work is widely utilized. Very active in the community, she has also been a board member of TDH for Children and La Relance Jeunes et Familles.
