Biographie
With over 5 years of experience as a consultant in work and organizational psychology, Ms. Larouche collaborates with her partners to establish and maintain work environments conducive to the health and performance of workers. Ms. Larouche is currently completing her doctoral training in work and organizational psychology at the Université de Sherbrooke. Her expertise in harassment, difficult work situations, and psychometrics has been recognized through scientific publications both locally and internationally. Her interventions are marked by the rigor acquired through her research training. She applies this skill to accurately analyze and understand her clients’ situations as a whole in order to propose tailored solutions. She prioritizes achieving results that are both satisfying and sustainable. Ms. Larouche’s listening and dedication to the well-being of workers are appreciated and highlighted by her collaborators.
