Biographie
Over a five-year period at Air Canada, Jonas moved from a role as a behavioral analytics consultant to a management position. He designed predictive models, optimized data processes, and created analytical tools tailored to stakeholders with varying levels of data literacy.
Building on this experience, he co-founded Gradiant in 2019 to help organizations working for the common good, making data science accessible to strengthen social, cultural, and environmental impact.
