Biographie
Jihene EL OUAKDI holds a Ph.D. in Finance from Université Laval. She is a university lecturer and senior consultant in investment project development. She is a member of the Board of Directors of the International Centre of Tunis for the Digital Cultural Economy and a member of the Training and Employment Commission as part of the five-year plan of the Ministry of Communication Technologies. She holds the position of VP Finance of the Tunisian-Canadian Business Network (RTCA). Ms. El Ouakdi previously served as Director and Department Director of E-Management at the Higher School of Digital Economy (ESEN) for the terms 2017-2020 and 2015-2017, respectively. She was responsible for Research and Development within the Debt Management and Financial Engineering Department of the Quebec Ministry of Finance from 2006-2007. She has taught at several higher education institutions and published numerous research articles on a variety of finance topics.
