Biographie
Jennifer Petrela, B.A., M.Sc., is a mentoring expert for the Mentoring Accelerator of Mentorat Québec. As a mentoring program architect, mentor, and mentee, Jennifer brings a sensitivity to equity, diversity, and inclusion to her initiatives. A speaker, facilitator, and writer with work and study experience in five countries across four continents, she favours a personalized approach that aims not only at the individual and professional development of participants but also at institutional transformation.
