Biographie
An executive leader with 25 years of experience, Jean-François holds a Master’s in Human Resources Management (ESSEC, Paris) and a Master’s in Law (Université Panthéon-Assas, Paris).
His career has taken him from the ONET Group in France (45,000 employees) as Head of Organizational Development to Loto-Québec, where he led the transformation of the Montréal and Hull casinos. As an entrepreneur, he co-founded Xaracom, an immersive learning startup, and later directed the e-Learning strategy at Neotelis for the Middle East and Africa. After serving as Director – Digital Advisory Group at Publicis Montréal, he launched the Québec branch of Club-Ideo.
Today, he builds bridges to accelerate the impact economy at Desjardins’ Startup Expertise Centre, drawing on his expertise in impact governance, marketing, operations, and entrepreneurial program management (Cooperathon & La Foundry).
Passionate about people, Jean-François has served on the boards of TDH for International Adoption and Alliance e-Learning Québec, and volunteered with the Canadian Red Cross.
