Biographie
Gaëlle Hermans has been an instructional advisor at the CHUM’s Teaching and Academy Directorate since July 2024. Before joining the Academy team, she worked within the CHUM’s Innovation Hub, where she contributed to several projects, including a skills development program in innovation. She now supports clinical and non-clinical teams in designing and deploying human-centred learning activities focused on innovation and field-based knowledge. A graduate in speech therapy from Belgium, she completed her training with a microprogram in public health at the Université de Montréal, thereby affirming her commitment to more inclusive and sustainable healthcare environments.
