Biographie
Before NantWorks, Fay was CEO of Vodafone xone. Fay successfully launched Vodafone xone in Silicon Valley in September 2011; the entity became Vodafone Group’s global incubation centre and the consumer-facing brand for Vodafone in the UK, Italy, Spain, Germany and Egypt. Fay led partnership work with emerging and disruptive technologies to enable startups to develop, test and prepare for commercial deployment in global markets. Her role also expanded to head Vodafone Ventures, Vodafone Group’s strategic corporate venture capital arm. Fay was also President of the Vodafone Americas Foundation, an outreach programme whose mission is to mobilise communities to solve shared problems and harness mobile technology for social change, while demonstrating exceptional leadership and vision. Before Vodafone, Fay was co-founder and CEO of two other startups, L3 Technology and Mobidia, the latter of which was acquired by App Annie Inc.
