Biographie
Elsa Tannous is the founder and General Director of DigiWomen, a non-profit organization committed to sustainably transforming the place of women and girls in the technology sectors.
A human resources and technology recruitment specialist with over 10 years of experience between Europe and Canada, she supports talent in their career development and advises organizations on digital transformation and talent management. Faced with persistent inequalities in the industry, she decided to take action by creating DigiWomen, driven by a strong conviction: technology cannot evolve without better representation of women.
At the intersection of education, employability, and media, Elsa develops high-impact initiatives such as Women Tech Talk, the Journée de la Femme Numérique, the J’ose la Tech program, and the TechMoms Academy, reaching hundreds of women and young people each year.
She is also the director and screenwriter of the documentary « Femmes en tech, et alors ? », a project praised for its ability to give a voice to women with inspiring journeys and to open dialogue on the real challenges of the sector.
Host of the show Tech & Transmissions on CIBL, speaker, and change agent, Elsa Tannous works to build a more inclusive technology ecosystem where women are not only present but fully represented and valued.
