Driven by a desire to foster change and place people at the heart of key issues, Céline has over 21 years of experience in change management and transformation within large companies with complex organizations. Over time, she has worked in contexts such as digital strategy, outsourcing, and business model transformation. Today, as Vice-President and Expert Advisor responsible for the change management practice within CGI Montreal’s Management Consulting team, she stands out for the strong rapport she builds with her clients to provide them with concrete, tailored strategies. She develops innovative accelerators to manage and successfully execute her clients’ transformations, achieve sustainable results, and accelerate buy-in and change.
