Bradley Leimer is the co-author of Beyond Good: How Technology is Leading a Purpose-driven Business Revolution. He is the co-founder of Unconventional Ventures, which connects founders and funders, provides mentorship to entrepreneurs and advisory services to large corporations, and expands opportunities for diversity within the financial services ecosystem. Bradley co-hosts One Vision, a podcast on financial technology, technology, and innovation. He gives lectures on banking and technology trends, advises startups, accelerators, and major financial services conferences, and writes for publications such as International Banker, American Banker, Journal of Digital Banking, and Irish Tech News. Bradley’s mantra is simple: improve the banking world.
When he was Head of Innovation at Santander, his team connected the bank to the fintech ecosystem and served as an observatory for the global organization, tracking U.S.-born trends likely to spread and accelerate worldwide. He also brings the perspective gained from leading marketing and technology teams and projects in the banking and credit union sector, as well as a decade spent managing database marketing and analytics programs for community and regional financial institutions.
