She has extensive consulting experience with Fortune 500 companies from her time at McKinsey & Company, as well as operational management experience with start-ups across various sectors and functions. Behnaz is recognized for her ability to integrate innovative mathematical techniques (primarily AI combined with Optimization) into strategic and operational transformations affecting all aspects of an organization. She has developed deep expertise in implementing transformation programs, from strategic design to execution and change management. A leader and coach, she knows how to build high-performing teams for her clients, including among senior executives. She holds a PhD in applied mathematics with a specialization in supply chain.
