Biographie
Azfar Adib is a PhD candidate in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Concordia University. His research focuses on anonymous age verification using electrocardiogram (ECG). As part of his ongoing PhD, Azfar has published several research papers, secured a few grants, and a patent application is currently under review.
Azfar is a Senior Member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE) and currently serves as the regional student representative for IEEE Canada. He has over eight years of professional experience in various technical and commercial roles within the telecommunications sector. Passionate about the idea of empowering people to achieve excellence, Azfar regularly promotes it through public speaking, writing, and other initiatives.
