Biographie
Annick Castiaux is a Professor of Innovation Management at the University of Namur. She conducts research on collaborative and participatory dynamics in innovation, innovation ecosystems, and the impact of innovation on sustainable development. In recent years, she has focused on innovation dynamics serving territorial development: smart and creative cities, participatory democracy, open data, etc. In this context, she works closely with public authorities and businesses on various action-research projects. In 2015, she co-founded with colleagues a research centre dedicated to creativity and innovation management: CIRCÉ (Creativity and Innovation Research Center). This centre is one of the components of the Namur Digital Institute, one of the University of Namur’s major research institutes.
