Biographie
A connection, strategy and innovation expert specialising in technological partnerships, Franco-Israeli relations and sustainable development, Anne holds degrees in Political Science, International Cooperation and International Development from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and Paris I Sorbonne.
Anne is the founder and CEO of IKare Innovation, a Tel Aviv-based consulting firm that provides technological intelligence and strategic monitoring services and represents multinationals such as Engie and automotive equipment manufacturer Valeo for their innovation and investments in Israel.
During her diplomatic career, Anne worked for three bilateral and multilateral organisations:
Her first exposure to sustainable development challenges dates back to 1989–1991, when she worked for the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs at the Embassy of Israel in Kinshasa (Zaire, DRC).
She then worked as a Sustainable Development Expert at the United Nations from 1992 to 2000, just after the Earth Summit in Rio.
Finally, she served as Innovation Attaché, seconded by the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs to the Israeli ecosystem from 2014 to 2016.
Anne currently volunteers for the French government as President of the Israel Committee of the Conseillers du Commerce Extérieur.
Between 2000 and 2014, Anne worked as Director of the Franco-Israeli Chamber of Commerce, Business Manager for Hapoalim Bank in France and Corporate Responsibility Director for Prodware, a software publisher.
