Biographie
Mr. Labonté has extensive experience in information technology management. After founding a consulting firm, he held several positions in major companies as well as in the public sector. Notably, he served as Director of Information Technology for the City of Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu for 10 years. Today, he works as a speaker and strategic advisor for startups. He was also the coordinator of the Quebec Municipal IT Network (RIMQ) committee on drafting a white paper on Smart Cities in Quebec.
