Biographie
Graduate of INALCO (Russian) and the Université de Paris-Dauphine (economic relations), he joined the Haut Conseil de la Francophonie in 1993, later becoming its deputy director. At the Organisation internationale de la Francophonie since 2007, he supported the creation of the Observatoire de la langue française before taking responsibility for it in 2010.
