Biographie
Ralph François is an entrepreneur and founder of Reelcruit, a Quebec-based technology company specializing in artificial intelligence applied to recruitment. Since 2020, he has been developing a matching and pre-selection solution aimed at more effectively connecting talent with employers while reducing bias in the hiring process. An active entrepreneur in the Quebec technology ecosystem, he has notably participated in programs at Centech, HEC Montréal and the Founder Institute. Reelcruit was also awarded an OCTAS in the Human Capital – SME/NPO category.
