Biographie
Philippe Marcotte is the founder and partner at Sterling North Partners, a Montreal-based firm specializing in artificial intelligence and automation. His team designs and operates AI agents in production for Quebec companies: systems that process documents, validate data, and execute full processes every day, including on legacy systems that no one wants to touch.
A former McKinsey & Company consultant, where he led operational and AI transformations for major international corporations, Philippe later founded and managed a network of medical clinics powered by in-house developed technology, funded by venture capital. He thus knows both sides of the table: that of the advisor structuring the transformation, and that of the executive who must deliver it with limited resources.
An engineer by training, with an MBA in finance (Dean’s Medal), he has worked in the pharmaceutical, banking, manufacturing, and healthcare sectors.
