As Learning and Facilitation Manager at Boostalab, Josianne has over 13 years of experience as a senior consultant in organizational development, HR generalist, trainer, and facilitator in technology and entertainment companies such as Ubisoft and Cirque du Soleil.
She firmly believes that for employees and managers to perform and find their source of motivation, they must be happier at work and aware of their needs.
Josianne has therefore focused on developing skills, conscious leadership, health and well-being, as well as creating a healthy and stimulating employee experience. An outstanding facilitator, she leads many interactive workshops to help companies become digitally agile and more caring and high-performing in a remote context.
