Biographie
Holder of a Master’s in International e-Services and a PhD candidate, I have developed skills through certifying training programmes ranging from complex project management to IT system governance, including platform development certifications. This has enabled me to lead a number of projects within the public administration and certain institutions where I have held and currently hold positions of responsibility in several strategic departments. Currently, I serve as Director General of Digital Industry Development and as the Smart Africa focal point for flagship projects such as Capacity Building and the Single African Network Initiative.
In addition to my role as Vice-Chair of the ICANN GAC, I am responsible for the general secretariat of the ICT and Citizenship Initiative and the Federation of Digital Associations in Burkina Faso.
