Isa Mailloux, Digital Project Manager, Digital Engagement Directorate, Musée de la civilisation
Having worked at the Museum for over 15 years, both in the Collections Directorate and the Digital Engagement Service, Isa Mailloux has made significant contributions to cataloguing and the implementation of the computerised collection management system. She was responsible for creating the online collections website using a participatory and open approach. She is involved in the co-creation of an ontology for the collections of Quebec’s national museums. She oversees the Museum’s mobile applications and, more recently, is leading the vast business intelligence strategy based on digital usage metadata.
