Biographie
For over fifteen years, Carole Messaoudi has been designing and leading training, workshop, and conference projects. An experienced manager known for her client focus, openness, and creativity, she has contributed to the design and delivery of a dozen leadership development programs for managers in both SMEs and large corporations (Lean Leadership program, action coaching program, leadership development program). Additionally, as a senior strategic management consultant and certified associate coach (ACC), she has been supporting professionals and managers for over fifteen years, with more than 700 hours of coaching to her credit. Her professional experience has led her to manage numerous organizational changes, primarily involving diagnostics, strategic planning, strategic repositioning, management coaching, and support during strategic transitions. Carole is recognized for her quick understanding of client issues and her sound advice.
