Pierre Guillot-Hurtubise is one of Quebec’s leading specialists in community relations, social acceptability and stakeholder management for major projects. A seasoned negotiator with unique expertise in public consultations and coalition coordination, he knows how to secure the support needed to advance ideas and projects. His skills as a speaker and facilitator make him one of Quebec’s most effective and respected moderators, a role he has held for over twenty years.

Where others see only the problem, Pierre immediately envisions the solution and the path to get there. Many projects that have come to fruition bear witness to the quality of his work and expertise. A member of the International Association for Public Participation (IAP2), Pierre is the first public relations professional in Canada to earn the CP3 certification (Certified Public Participation Professional), the industry’s highest standard. Only two Quebec professionals hold this certification, awarded after a rigorous peer-reviewed process conducted by North American peers.
