Biographie
Marie-Christine Therrien is a Full Professor of management at École nationale d’administration publique and Director of Cité-ID LivingLab Urban Resilience Governance. Her research interests include resilience governance, complex organizations, and crisis management. In addition to her academic experience, she has worked for organizations such as the City of Montréal Resilience Centre, Science Application International Corporation, the Government of Québec, and the Canadian Red Cross, which has allowed her to develop an extensive network of partners in both the private and public sectors. She is co-responsible for the deliberation function of the International Observatory on the Societal Impacts of AI and Digital Technology (OBVIA), co-responsible for the Risk Management and Communication axis, decision support tools for adaptation and resilience of the Québec Intersectoral Flood Network (RIISQ), and a member of the Interdisciplinary Centre for Research in Operationalizing Sustainable Development (CIRODD). She is also co-director of the Uni-Cité Collaboratory.
