Biographie
Me Cynthia Chassigneux is a partner at Langlois Avocats in Montreal. She has a particular interest in the protection of personal information. Her experience enables her to address the various issues that may arise throughout the lifecycle of personal information, as well as those related to, among other things, biometrics, artificial intelligence, confidentiality incidents, governance, health research, cross-border data flows, and video surveillance. Her expertise applies to both public bodies and private enterprises.
Before joining Langlois Avocats, Me Chassigneux worked for over ten years at the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec, including six as a commissioner assigned to the oversight division.
