Biographie
In 2016, Andrée Harvey co-founded LaCogency, which helps cultural organizations and institutions structure, analyze, and showcase their data to better understand their impact, guide their decisions, defend their role, and build a sovereign digital ecosystem. Since 2017, she has been actively involved in developing Culturepédia, the first social utility data trust for cultural data. In 2025, LaCogency co-produced a feasibility analysis for the establishment of a governmental and cultural database in French and Indigenous languages, a project led by BAnQ. An observer of the social changes brought about by digital technology since the early days of the Web and now with AI, Andrée advocates for an approach that respects people, where technology serves new uses.
